Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Coordinator with experience supervising corrective and preventive maintenance work in retail stores, leading the continuous and safe operation of units. Ensuring continuous and safe operation of units. **Maintenance Coordinator** We are looking for a Maintenance Coordinator with proven experience supervising corrective and preventive maintenance work in retail stores. The position requires technical leadership, management capability, and expertise across various maintenance disciplines to ensure continuous and safe unit operations. **Job Requirements** * Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering. * Demonstrable experience supervising maintenance activities in retail stores. * Knowledge of civil works: painting, plastering, tile replacement, waterproofing, and general maintenance tasks. * Experience in low- and medium-voltage electrical systems, electrical panels, and lighting. * Knowledge of air conditioning systems: mini-split, packaged units, floor-ceiling units; experience with chillers is desirable. * Familiarity with access control systems: mechanical and electrical doors and metal shutters. * Skills in welding, plumbing, furniture repair (MDF), laminate handling, carpentry, and display maintenance. * Knowledge of unit pricing and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools. * Willingness to travel. * Valid driver’s license. **We Offer** * Competitive base salary. * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements.
