Job Summary: Responsible for planning, executing, and supervising preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance to ensure machinery availability and process optimization. Key Highlights: 1. Ensures compliance with safety and quality standards **Key Responsibilities:** Plan and execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs. Coordinate and supervise corrective maintenance in response to failures. Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and automation failures. Ensure availability and reliability of production machinery. Manage work orders in the maintenance system. Control and optimize spare parts and consumables inventory. Analyze area performance indicators and propose improvement actions. Participate in continuous improvement projects and downtime reduction initiatives. Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and environmental regulations. Train technical staff on safe procedures and best practices. Guarantee proper use of equipment and tools. Collaborate with production to minimize downtime. Participate in installation, commissioning, and improvement of new equipment. Support internal and external audits. Technical Knowledge: Preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance. Production machinery: Corrugators, flexographic printers, die-cutters, cutters, laminators, extruders, or similar. Mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. Reading and interpretation of electrical and mechanical drawings. Spare parts inventory control. Industrial safety and applicable regulations. Maintenance indicators (MTTR, MTBF, OEE). CMMS software and Office suite proficiency. Work Schedule: MONDAY TO THURSDAY 08:00 TO 18:00 HRS AND FRIDAY 07:00 TO 16:20 HRS Position Type: Full-time Salary: $12,000.00 - $14,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
