Practical Teaching Experience on Health Topics (Surgery, Nursery, Ward). Theoretical–Practical Evaluation / Pre-, During and Post-Course \- Recruitment. Development of Skills Matrix. Monitoring and Assessment of Learning. Audit of Key Learning Points in Practice. Implement strategies to positively modify: Attitude, Efficiency, Work Methods, Interpersonal and Group Relationships. Increase their capabilities and competencies, sharing the Organization’s values and principles.
