JOB REQUIREMENTS: * Personnel management. * Cash handling. * Experience in retail operations (MANDATORY). * Personal vehicle. * Teamwork. * Operational planning. * Passion for sales. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Daily settlements at service stations. * Evaluation reports and follow-up on audits. * Validation of controlled expenses. * Evaluate and develop personnel under supervision. * Follow up on and/or process government agency procedures. DESIRED PROFILE: * Bachelor’s degree in Administration or Engineering. * Experience in retail operations. * Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
