### **Vacancy: Control Room Analyst – Production Area** At **Olnatura**, we are looking for talent committed to quality, order, and continuous improvement to join our Production team as a **Control Room Analyst**. ### **Position Objective** Manage, analyze, and ensure the proper execution of production and documentation processes through validation of records, operational coordination, and material control, guaranteeing compliance with the manufacturing schedule, **Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)**, and the production area’s standards for **quality, efficiency, and traceability**. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Compile and validate production file documentation for delivery to the Evaluation Department. * Monitor operator performance and correct entry of records in production files. * Report on the status and progress of production documentation. * Enter into the ERP system the hours worked and quantities produced for completed orders. ### **Requirements** * Education: **Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, or related field**. * **Valid degree certificate and/or professional license is mandatory**. * Knowledge and application of **NOM-059**. * Experience in production processes, document control, and GMP is desirable. ### **We Offer** * Statutory benefits * Grocery vouchers * Life insurance * Funeral expense insurance * **Working Hours** * **Monday to Thursday:** 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * **Friday:** 8:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
