Job Summary: We are seeking a Commercial Operations Analyst to update, validate, and monitor information in CRM systems, orders, and generate sales reports. Key Highlights: 1. Key information update and validation in CRM and internal systems. 2. Order, contract, and commercial request review and follow-up. 3. Sales reporting and customer status reporting. **Commercial Operations Analyst** **Location: Jardines del Pedregal (Near ARTZ Plaza)** **Requirements:** * Completed bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * 1–2 years of experience in commercial administrative support, sales validation, customer follow-up, or control desk functions. * Intermediate-to-advanced Excel skills, CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar), and commercial platforms. **Responsibilities:** * Update and validate information in CRM and internal systems. * Review, validate, and follow up on orders, contracts, and commercial requests. * Prepare sales reports, metrics, and customer status reports. * Ensure compliance with commercial processes and policies. * Identify data inconsistencies and coordinate their correction. * Follow up on prospects, opportunities, and departmental activities. * Maintain communication with sales, operations, billing, and customer service teams. **We Offer:** * Monthly gross salary of $23,000 * 30-day year-end bonus * Social Security and Medical Insurance (SGMM) **Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Fixed weekends off: Saturday and Sunday)** Salary: Starting at $23,000.00 per month Application Question(s): * We are located near ARTZ Plaza — how far would you be from this location? * Do you hold a completed bachelor’s degree? * Do you have commercial support experience?
