




Job Summary: We are seeking a Zone Supervisor to oversee store image, evaluate operational standards, manage personnel, audit shrinkage, and analyze reports. Key Highlights: 1. Report analysis to optimize operations SILCA consultants, with over 15 years of experience in talent acquisition and in collaboration with iplus, invite your talent to join us as a **Zone Supervisor.** **Requirements:** * Advanced intermediate level of Excel. * Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, etc). * Knowledge of payment systems. * Point-of-sale terminal operation. * Experience as a store supervisor. * Personnel supervision. * Conducting physical and virtual inventory counts. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise store image and compliance with processes. * Review company assets and values. * Assess and evaluate operational standards across stores. * Manage assigned personnel, including training and reinforcing processes. * Supervise and audit shrinkage and procedures at each store. * Generate and analyze sales, competition, market, and other reports. * Identify and resolve operational needs at branches (cleaning, service, and commercial execution). * Support branch operational activities. * Collaborate with support departments (HR, Management, IT, Treasury, etc). **We Offer:** * Monthly salary of $14,000.00. * Monthly bonus. * Job stability. * Statutory benefits from day one. * Travel to states in the southern region. * Per diems for out-of-town stays. **Schedule:** * Monday to Saturday, 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. **Location:** * Súper Manzana #228 Mza.22 Lt.1 Las américas, Cancún II Av.
