At **Nissan Imperio Coapa**, an automotive dealership located in the southern part of CDMX, we seek strategic talent to join us as: ***Commercial Appraiser for Used Vehicles*** If you have experience in automobile buying and selling, possess strong negotiation skills, and focus on business profitability, this opportunity is for you. **Position Objective** Ensure accurate valuation and negotiation of used vehicles, securing optimal profit margins and effective inventory turnover. **Requirements** * Minimum 2 years’ experience in vehicle appraisal or buying and selling. * Knowledge of the automotive market and commercial pricing. * Customer negotiation and closing skills. * Valid driver’s license. * Proficiency in appraisal tools and market analysis. * Results-oriented mindset with commitment to achieving profitability targets. **Key Responsibilities** * Conduct basic physical and mechanical inspections of vehicles. * Determine acquisition or purchase value considering market conditions, vehicle condition, and turnover rate. * Negotiate acquisition value directly with customers. * Analyze reconditioning costs to protect profit margin. * Propose retail pricing and commercial strategy jointly with Management. * Monitor inventory levels and turnover timelines. * Ensure achievement of per-unit profitability targets. **We Offer** * Base salary plus commissions * Bi-weekly payment * Statutory benefits * Savings fund * Job stability and professional development.
