Minimum 2 years of experience in food manufacturing processes, EXCLUSIVELY in meat and dairy production. Knowledge of certification, standards, and internal and external audits. Experience in: Personnel management. (NOT LAB, INSPECTORS, OR SIMILAR) Responsibilities: Ensure timely supply of industrial products while complying with food safety, quality, and operational policies defined by the group.
