We are seeking a Delivery Supervisor passionate about field execution, customer service, and meeting strategic performance indicators for our operation in Tlalpan. What will you do with us? Your primary mission will be to ensure excellence in last-mile delivery, guaranteeing that "Light Water" reaches every household within your assigned area. * Team leadership: Supervise and motivate delivery crews (drivers and assistants). * KPI compliance: Daily monitoring of delivery metrics, visit effectiveness, rejections, settlements, and safety. * Inventory control: Ensure that loaded products match those delivered and settled. * On-the-job coaching: Ride-along on routes to identify improvement opportunities and enhance customer service. * Safety: Ensure staff adhere to road safety and cargo-handling protocols. What do we need from you? * Education: Completed bachelor’s degree (Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field). * Experience: Minimum 2 years as a Sales or Delivery Supervisor in mass-consumption companies (mandatory). * Knowledge: Familiarity with commercial performance indicators (KPIs), route settlement, and management of unionized personnel. * Skills: Negotiation, results orientation, and advanced Excel proficiency. * Residence: Must reside near the Tlalpan area / Southern CDMX. * License: Valid driver’s license.
