Ensure compliance with quality and service standards **Bakery / Store Manager** A prominent company in the food sector (production and sales) is seeking a Store Manager to lead branch operations. **Work Location**: Plaza Santa Teresa (Periférico Sur, across from TV Azteca) **Responsibilities:** * Supervise daily branch operations. * Manage and control inventory (supplies, finished products, and shrinkage). * Prepare and track orders with suppliers. * Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems and administrative tools. * Administer sales, cash reconciliations, reporting, and performance analysis. * Prepare operational and administrative reports in Excel. * Coordinate the work team (approximately 8 employees): schedules, attendance issues, performance, and training. * Monitor staff turnover and support onboarding processes. * Ensure compliance with quality, hygiene, and service standards. * Address and resolve customer issues. * Maintain consistent communication with administrative departments and management. * Foster a positive, results-oriented work environment. **Requirements:** * Minimum 2 years of experience as a branch manager or supervisor in bakeries, cafés, restaurants, or related businesses. * Proficiency in Excel (basic to intermediate level). * Basic to intermediate English (desirable). * Availability to work in the specified location. **We Offer:** * Statutory benefits. * Uniforms. * Training.
