




Job Summary: Grupo Imperio is seeking a Service Advisor to deliver exceptional customer service, advise on maintenance and repairs, and prepare service orders and estimates. Key Responsibilities: 1. Advising customers on service needs and automotive repairs 2. Preparing service orders and additional sales estimates 3. Ongoing training for professional development **Grupo Imperio is looking for new talent as: SERVICE ADVISOR!** **Requirements:** * Minimum education: Completed High School * Minimum experience: 2 years in this position, customer service, vehicle reception, inventory assessment, service order preparation, and warranty processing for Nissan brand. **Responsibilities:** * Delivering excellent service by advising customers regarding maintenance and/or repair service needs, ensuring timely and high-quality service delivery to the customer. * Preparing the service order and completing the repair order with the customer’s confirmation signature. * Preparing Additional Sales Estimates, contacting the customer to inform them of any anomalies detected in the vehicle and providing the estimate. **We Offer:** * Base salary plus commissions * Statutory benefits * 3% savings fund * Ongoing training * Work location: South CDMX Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $8,364.00 \- $22,000.00 per month Experience: * nissan: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
