




Job Summary: We are seeking a Sales Agent with experience in the energy sector to prospect, advise, and close sales of generators, ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Highlights: 1. Excellent work environment At KRL Energy, a company specializing in power generation solutions, we are expanding and looking to add a Sales Agent to our team. The role is responsible for prospecting, following up on, and closing sales of electric generators, light plants, and lighting towers, as well as equipment rental services and energy solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction. **Responsibilities** * **Prospect and acquire new customers** * Follow up on quotations and sales closures * **Provide advisory services regarding our generators and energy solutions** * Maintain commercial relationships with existing customers * **Achieve monthly sales targets** * · Coordinate with administrative and operations departments to ensure proper equipment delivery and rental. * · Identify business opportunities and customer needs. * · Conduct customer visits and, if necessary, site visits for installations. * · Keep the customer database and sales reports updated. * · Support price and commercial terms negotiations in accordance with company guidelines.**Requirements** * **Minimum 3 YEARS of sales experience (preferably in the industrial, machinery, or services sector)** * Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills * **Results-oriented** * Basic proficiency in WhatsApp, email, and Excel * **Willingness to work on a goal-based basis** * · Valid driver’s license (preferred). * · Availability for field visits. * · Effective communication and customer orientation. * · Organization and follow-up capability. * · Proactivity and autonomy. * · Teamwork. * · Ability to resolve on-site issues related to rented equipment and handle customer objections.**We Offer** * **Base salary ($13,000.00)** * Attractive commission structure * **Ongoing training** * Excellent work environment * **Opportunity for growth within the company** * Statutory benefits * **Company vehicle** * **Work location: El Marqués, Querétaro, with willingness to travel to expand the client portfolio across the Bajío region and southern Mexico** **Interested candidates please send CV or message to the following email: karina.luis@krlenergy.com** Employment type: Full-time, Indefinite term Salary: $13,000.00 per month Benefits: * Company vehicle * Free uniforms Workplace: On-site employment
