Sales Promotion and Customer Service** * Deliver an exceptional shopping experience by conveying the brand’s values and heritage. * Apply cross-selling strategies and personalized recommendations to increase the **average transaction value**. * Identify commercial opportunities in each boutique to achieve and exceed sales targets. **2. Strategic Rotation** * Visit and support assigned boutiques, adapting to local teams and operational dynamics. * Ensure proper execution of campaigns, promotions, and visual merchandising across all points of sale. * Serve as a liaison between teams, sharing best practices and reinforcing a service-oriented culture. **3. Performance Indicator Knowledge and Monitoring** * Analyze **key performance indicators (KPIs)** such as average transaction value, number of transactions, conversion rate, and units per transaction. * Propose actions to optimize results at each visited boutique. * Submit weekly progress reports to the commercial department. **4. Teamwork and Training** * Collaborate with boutique teams to strengthen collective performance. * Support hands-on training on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service. * Motivate teams to achieve shared goals and uphold the brand spirit. **5.
