




Position Summary: We are seeking a Parking Manager to supervise operations, manage personnel, and resolve conflicts with customers and within the parking facility, while performing administrative tasks. Note: Must reside close to this area (no more than one hour commute).** * Monday to Sunday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM — Flexible schedule availability. Project schedule: 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM **Responsibilities:** * Supervise vehicle entry and exit. * Control of barrier gates, lost tickets, and jammed tickets. * Perform daily cash audits, cash closures, and daily reports. * Resolve customer conflicts or incidents. * Daily income reporting. * Invoicing. * Daily cash income reporting. * Personnel management. * Administrative tasks. * Ability to promptly resolve conflicts within the parking facility. **Requirements:** * Age 30–50 years. * Gender: Unrestricted. * Proficiency in Excel (report generation in Excel). * Experience in parking operations. * Report generation experience. * Knowledge of cash handling procedures. * Proficiency in Excel. * Personnel management and leadership skills. * Communication skills and conflict resolution abilities. * Commitment to continuous training.
