ECO GROUP IS SEEKING AN OPERATIONS AUDITOR: **Purpose of the Position:** To examine and evaluate the proper and effective implementation of internal control systems through physical audits at service stations, and to safeguard the company’s assets by proposing preventive and corrective actions based on adherence to established internal procedures. **Main Responsibilities:** \* Cash reconciliation: Review fuel and ancillary product sales amounts in our internal system; compare recorded vs. physical figures. \* Count cash held by the station manager in the office and cash register. \* Identify causes of existing discrepancies. \* Review preparation of accounting packages. \* Review all matters related to incoming cash (U.S. dollars, fuel consumption vouchers, electronic wallet transactions, delivery of valuables). \* Regulatory compliance: Review maintenance checklists and logbooks. \* Verify compliance with scheduled activities as stipulated in procedures. \* Review folders containing documentation and checklists established under company procedures and policies. \* Service Station Image (maintain facilities in good condition). \* Asset protection: Assess functionality of security cameras, secure doors and windows, and visibility of policies governing authorized personnel access. \* Inventory of Oils and Other Products (timely identification of shortages). \* Fuel Inventory Control (detection of shortages and overages). **Requirements:** Must operate a standard vehicle Valid driver’s license Experience in auditing or related fields Willingness to travel (Baja California Sur region; further details provided during interview) Employment type: Full-time Salary: $672.50 per day Benefits: * Company vehicle * Savings fund * Employee discounts * Major medical expense insurance * Life insurance Work location: On-site employment
