**Logistics Coordinator** **Who Are We?** A leading company in the distribution of raw materials is seeking an operational strategist to lead our transportation fleet and ensure that products reach our customers on time and in full. **REQUIRED PROFILE:** * **Age:** 25 to 48 years old. * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. * **Experience:** Minimum of **3 to 4 years** in transportation logistics, preferably in **Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), Food, or Groceries**. * **Geographic Knowledge:** Demonstrable knowledge of highways and routes in the **Central, Bajío, and Southern regions of Mexico**. * **Technology:** Proficiency in ERP systems, Excel, and Satellite Tracking Platforms (GPS). * **Competencies:** Leadership of drivers, negotiation with suppliers, and a strong sense of urgency. **YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:** **1. Traffic and Routing:** * Strategic planning and execution of daily shipment routes (local and intercity), maximizing load capacity. * GPS-based vehicle monitoring and continuous communication with operators to ensure on-time deliveries. * On-the-road incident resolution and internal customer support (Sales Department). **2. Fleet Management (Vehicle Control):** * Responsible for the legal documentation of each vehicle: management of **vehicle inspections, registration fees, cargo permits, insurance policies**, and license plate renewals. * Scheduling and supervision of **preventive and corrective maintenance** to avoid operational downtime. **3. Cost and Administrative Control:** * Travel budget administration: calculation and disbursement of **per diems, tolls (TAGs), and fuel**. * Route settlement and expense verification. * Fuel efficiency analysis (km/L) to detect leaks or improper practices. * Generation of performance reports (KPIs) and optimization of logistics costs. **WE OFFER:** * **Net Monthly Salary:** $12,000.00 to $13,000.00 (tax-free). * Timely payments. * Statutory benefits from day one (IMSS, vacation, year-end bonus). * Direct employment by the company (job stability). * Uniforms and work tools.
