Proficiency in Windows operating systems and structured cabling At **ADS**, a prominent company specializing in Information Technology Services, we invite you to join our team! ***Position Title: Field Engineer – CDMX (Tlalpan, Coyoacán, Santa Fe – Southern Zone)*** ***Hybrid schedule: Monday to Sunday / two days off.*** ***Job Description:*** **On-site technical support** Diagnosis, on-site support, and resolution of project-related technical issues; inspection and configuration of IT equipment to ensure proper operation across client business units. **Equipment maintenance** Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment reported as incidents via the service desk. **Fault handling and requirements management** Diagnosis, on-site support, and resolution of project-related technical issues; inspection and configuration of IT equipment to ensure proper operation across client business units. **Installation of replacement parts for incidents** Installation and configuration of equipment/parts sourced from inventory for replacement and incident resolution. **Tracking status** Providing feedback to service desk personnel regarding the progress of technical issues to ensure timely incident resolution.
