If so, keep reading… **About the Role** As a District Leader, your primary objective will be to manage and oversee all operational elements across multiple stores. You will guide your team to ensure consistency in high product and service quality; you will serve as the brand ambassador—not only to customers but also to employees. You will support District Leaders in driving key store initiatives and act as the store’s voice to provide valuable feedback to the leadership team. **Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities** \- Operational compliance supervision and standardization\- Development and follow-up of store leadership teams Analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs) Execution of visit plans and internal supervision Incident management and resolution of operational issues Coordination of district projects and store openings Effective communication between stores and corporate. **Requirements to Apply (Apply only if you meet ALL these criteria)** * Experience leading teams in the coffee or food industry * Excellent communication and customer service skills * Numerical aptitude to optimally manage cash flow, orders, and inventory * Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends * Flexibility to relocate between stores * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Drive * Proficiency in KPI management. **AREAS TO COVER:** **SOUTH ZONE** **EAST ZONE** **AIRPORT** **\*MUST NOT LIVE MORE THAN 1 HOUR FROM THE ZONE TO BE COVERED\*** **If you’re ready to awaken passion for coffee in every cup, we’d love to hear from you soon!**
