At Universidad Latina S.C., we are looking for a CALL CENTER ADVISOR **Requirements:** . Education: Completed high school diploma. . Both genders **Experience:** . 3 months to 1 year . Professional appearance . Sales aptitude **Responsibilities:** Provide timely attention and follow-up to prospects interested in our academic offerings, aiming to convert leads into enrolled students and contribute to the university’s enrollment targets. 1\.\- Answer incoming and outgoing calls, WhatsApp messages, and CRM interactions with interested prospects. 2\.\- Conduct timely follow-up on leads generated by campaigns (social media, fairs, website, etc.). 3\. Provide clear information regarding: Academic programs, costs and scholarships, enrollment processes for academic offerings (High School, Undergraduate, and Graduate programs). 4\. Identify prospect needs and advise them on career selection. 5\. Register and update information in CRM or database. 6\. Meet contact, scheduled appointment, and enrollment targets. 7\. Follow up with applicants until enrollment. 8\. Route prospects to academic departments or admissions as needed. 9\. Coordinate appointments across the four campuses (South, Roma, Cuautla, and Cuernavaca). 10\. Participate in prospecting and follow-up campaigns. 11\. Meet individual targets and contribute to team targets. 12\. Maintain service quality (quality evaluations / QA). **Additional Skills:** Experience in universities or educational institutions.
