Job Summary: We are seeking a Building Maintenance Assistant with experience in pharmaceutical regulations to perform preventive and corrective maintenance. Key Highlights: 1. We are looking for your talent as a BUILDING MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT with experience in NOM-059, GMP, and GDP. We offer: -Monthly salary: $12,000 MXN gross -Biweekly timely payment -5% savings fund -10% monthly food vouchers -50% vacation bonus -30-day year-end bonus -Subsidized cafeteria service -Corporate transportation routes (please inquire about available routes) -Employee purchase discount Requirements: -Technical degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Electromechanical, Electronic, or related fields (student or graduate). -Minimum one year of prior experience in similar roles within pharmaceutical, chemical, or related industries. -Strong knowledge of NOM-059, GMP, and GDP. -Availability to rotate shifts monthly (mandatory). -General maintenance skills (locksmithing, plumbing, painting, masonry, etc.) -Responsible, committed, team-oriented, flexible, analytical / detail-oriented, personnel management capability, leadership. Schedule: T1: Monday to Saturday: 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM T2: Monday to Saturday: 2:30 PM – 10:00 PM MIXED SHIFT: Monday to Sunday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Midweek day off *Availability to rotate among these shifts* Responsibilities: -Perform maintenance on electrical equipment and facilities. -Apply preventive/corrective maintenance through work orders. -Supervise proper operation of access points. -Support general maintenance activities (locksmithing, plumbing, area preparation, painting, etc.). -Location: Av.
