We are currently looking for a Surgical or Perioperative Nurse who wishes to join our team. **Who Are We Looking For?** We seek a highly responsible, organized, and service-oriented professional with experience in the surgical area, capable of delivering warm and safe patient care while consistently maintaining high standards of quality, ethics, and precision. **Responsibilities:** * Preparation of the operating room prior to procedures. * Instrumentation during surgeries and direct assistance to the specialist physician. * Management and control of surgical instruments. * Compliance with safety, hygiene, and sterilization protocols. * Support in CEYE (Central Equipment and Sterilization Unit). * Verification of surgical supplies and materials. * Patient care and monitoring during pre-, intra-, and post-operative stages. * Patient scheduling and pre-surgical preparation. * Accurate and timely documentation in the clinical record. * Support to the medical team during specialized procedures. * Monitoring of the patient’s overall condition. * Coverage of occasional on-call shifts as required. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (degree and license mandatory). * Specialization in perioperative, surgical, or instrument nursing (mandatory). * Minimum 6 months to 1 year of operating room experience. * Knowledge of sterilization processes and CEYE. * Excellent patient interaction skills. * Ability to work under pressure. * Strong sense of responsibility and precision. * Immediate availability. **We Offer:** * Schedule: Wednesday to Monday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with one hour daily for lunch. * Day off: Tuesdays. * Base monthly salary of **$10,500\.00 gross**, plus three biweekly bonuses for punctuality ($250\), quality ($250\), and productivity ($250\), resulting in a total integrated monthly salary of **$12,000\.00 gross.** * Statutory benefits. * Complimentary uniforms. * Paid training. * Continuous professional development. * Preferential discounts on clinic procedures.
