Job Summary: Oversees and comprehensively manages the fleet, ensuring regulatory compliance, resource optimization, and leadership of the operational team. Key Highlights: 1. Manages fleet maintenance, costs, and regulatory compliance. 2. Implements technology to optimize routes and control fuel consumption. 3. Leads and trains the operator team. Responsibilities: * **Maintenance Management:** Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance programs. * **Cost Control:** Manage the fleet budget, monitoring expenses for fuel, tolls, and repairs. * **Regulatory Compliance:** Ensure all vehicles comply with local regulations (SCT, inspections, permits, insurance). * **Technology and Telematics:** Implement and analyze GPS systems to optimize routes, driving behavior, and fuel control. * **Vendor Management:** Negotiate with and evaluate external workshops, agencies, and suppliers of fleet-related materials. * **Leadership:** Manage the operator staff, ensuring training in road safety and adherence to KPIs. Requirements: * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field. * **Experience:** Minimum 3 years in fleet management. * **Software:** Proficiency in Excel and fleet management platforms (e.g., Samsara).
