**Public Works Coordinator** *Location: Metro Tasqueña, Coyoacán and office visits at Pabellón Bosques* **Construction Coordinator – Finishing Project (Tasqueña area, CDMX)** **Location:** Near Metro Tasqueña line **Modality:** On-site \| Day shift **Type of contract:** Project-based **Position Description:** A leading company in the construction sector, specialized in public works projects, with a strong commitment to quality, safety and meeting deadlines. We are seeking a Public Works Coordinator with experience in supervision and control of finishing projects. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring proper field execution, coordination of specialties, and compliance with project schedules, quality standards and budget. **Main Responsibilities:** * Coordinate workspaces with various specialties. * Review completed work according to the bill of quantities and quality specifications. * Review and validate contractor estimates. * Ensure availability of necessary supplies to avoid halting on-site activities. * Schedule payments and material deliveries in advance. * Verify volume and quantity of requested materials. * Develop the project schedule and critical path. * Monitor schedule compliance and make adjustments in case of deviations. * Review the schedule one week in advance to prevent delays. * Generate daily progress reports. * Keep updated the balance between planned vs. executed work. * Resolve on-site details while maintaining the approved schedule and budget. **Requirements:** * University degree in civil engineering, architecture or related fields (preferred) **/PROFESSIONAL LICENSE REQUIRED.** * Availability to work on site and adapt to flexible hours. * Minimum of **4 years** experience in **construction coordination and finishes**. * Knowledge in construction planning, progress control, budgets and estimates. * Intermediate level in Excel, AutoCAD and construction management software. * Availability to work in southern CDMX (Tasqueña area). **We Offer:** * Competitive salary according to experience. * Professional development opportunities (following contracts to other projects) * Mixed salary If you meet the requirements and are interested in joining our team, apply through this platform and answer the questions to proceed to an interview!
