Monitoring of clear and complete medical prescriptions **Hospital San Angel Inn del Valle is seeking:** *"Circulating Nurse"* Responsibilities: \- Perform correct patient identification prior to critical moments \- Implement double-check verification before preparation and administration of medications \- Conduct initial and ongoing fall risk assessment and implement activities to reduce fall risk \- Measure and analyze data and information related to the implementation of safety barriers \- Optimize resources required for the implementation of the medication system \- Monitor issuance of complete, legible, and clear prescriptions Requirements: \- Bachelor's degree in Nursing \- Degree and professional license \- Minimum 6 months of experience Shift offered: \- Afternoon shift from 2:00 PM to 9:30 PM with one weekday day off Employment type: Full-time, indefinite term Salary: $13,720.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
