Job Summary: We are seeking Implementation Support staff to assist in implementing an Electronic Medical Record system at medical units in Nuevo León, providing on-site accompaniment and user support. Key Responsibilities: 1. Direct on-site support at medical units for system adoption. 2. Resolution of functional queries and assistance with configuration. 3. Training on specific functionalities for users. **Implementation Support (Implementation Agent)** We are looking for your talent to serve as Implementation Support, assisting in the implementation of an Electronic Medical Record system at medical units located in the state of Nuevo León. **Requirements:** · Education: Technical high school diploma, incomplete undergraduate degree, or bachelor’s degree. · Basic computer knowledge. · Stress and frustration tolerance. · Flexibility regarding variable work schedules. · Daily interaction with users of highly diverse profiles. · Availability for 24/7 scheduling (variable shifts, weekends, or nights as required). · Willingness to travel within the state of Nuevo León. **Desirable experience in:** · Operational support and/or user assistance. · Minimum one year of experience in similar positions or technical user support. **Main responsibilities:** · Provide direct on-site support at medical units during the adoption and operation of the Electronic Medical Record system. · Resolve users’ functional queries on-site. · Assist with basic equipment and access configuration. · Accompany system usage during actual patient consultations. · Document incident reports, frequently asked questions, and areas for improvement. · Deliver one-on-one training on highly specific and repetitive functionalities. **Skills and/or Competencies:** · Patience and empathy. · Clear and simple communication. · High stress tolerance. · Service-oriented attitude. · High level of responsibility and adaptability. · Experience working under pressure. · Stress tolerance. · Self-motivated, self-directed, and proactive.
