Requirements: * Technician or Systems Engineer (or related field) * Minimum 6 months of experience Knowledge and Skills: Remotely or on-site handling of UAG users’ computing service requests, coordinating solutions with CTIC departments; Providing users with guidance on institutional systems usage and password management; Installing multimedia equipment in classrooms, auditoriums, and UAG offices; Performing corrective and preventive maintenance on institutional hardware and software.
