SALARY BASED ON QUALIFICATIONS Production Supervisor for the Pharmaceutical Industry, responsible for leading daily plant operations. The objective is to meet volume and delivery targets while ensuring **employee safety**, **product quality**, and **continuous process improvement** at all times. Production Management Execute and supervise the daily, weekly, and/or batch production schedule. Assign tasks among operational staff and ensure proper material flow. Product Quality Ensure finished products comply with technical and regulatory quality specifications. Conduct ongoing line inspections to identify and correct defects. Audits: Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) guidelines. Industrial Safety Ensure personnel correctly use personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow safety protocols. Inspect machinery and tools to verify safe operating conditions. Investigate accidents and implement immediate corrective actions. Leadership and Personnel Management Train, motivate, and resolve conflicts within the team. Evaluate employee performance and identify areas for improvement.
