Coordination and supervision of assistants **Job Summary** We are looking for a **Skilled Mason** with extensive experience in rough construction and finishing works to join our construction team. The ideal candidate must be able to interpret blueprints, independently execute high-quality work, and supervise assigned assistants to meet project deadlines. **Main Responsibilities** * **Rough Construction:** Foundations, wall erection (concrete block, brick, adobe), construction of columns, slabs, and beams. * **High-Quality Finishing Works:** Application of plastering (mortar and gypsum), installation of ceramic floor tiles, wall tiles, screeds, and fine finishes. * **Blueprint Reading:** Technical interpretation for accurate execution of levels, axes, and measurements. * **Basic Installations:** Support in basic plumbing and electrical installations according to project requirements. * **Leadership:** Coordinate and supervise tasks performed by general assistants to optimize daily productivity. * **Safety:** Maintain a clean worksite and strictly comply with safety and hygiene regulations. **Requirements and Qualifications** * **Experience:** Minimum of 5 years as a Skilled Mason on residential or commercial construction projects. * **Technical Knowledge:** * Proficiency in leveling tools (water level and laser level). * Expert handling of hand and power tools (rotary hammer, angle grinder, concrete mixer). * In-depth knowledge of mortar and concrete mix proportions. * **Skills:** Excellent physical condition, exceptional punctuality, and ability to solve on-site problems. * **Documentation:** Valid official identification and, preferably, letters of recommendation from previous employers. **We Offer** * **Monthly Salary:** $12000, tax-free.
