End-to-end procurement management and supplier evaluation A Mexican company dedicated to the importation, marketing, and distribution of orthopedic equipment and medical supplies is seeking a highly specialized Procurement Manager with in-depth expertise in the medical sector. **Job Objective:** Identify, select, and develop suppliers that meet the organization’s quality standards and commercial terms, ensuring timely supply of products and services. **Essential Requirements:** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, Logistics, or related field * Availability to work flexible hours and travel regularly to other cities across the Mexican Republic. * Experience: Minimum 5 years in procurement of products, pharmaceuticals, or medical equipment. * Valid driver’s license **Training and Knowledge:** * Proficiency in Adminpaq * Knowledge and use of ERP systems * Strong administrative skills and attention to detail **Main Responsibilities:** * Manage procurement of supplies, products, and external service contracts. * Evaluate, select, monitor, and re-evaluate supplier performance. * Develop and update supplier evaluation tools. * Conduct periodic evaluations of external suppliers. * Ensure supplied processes, products, and services comply with specified requirements. * Review and validate minimum inventory levels for prompt replenishment. * Supervise proper functioning of transportation means used in logistics. * Manage contractual formalization with suppliers. * Participate in project analysis. * Verify purchase requisitions align with established contracts. * Receive internal operational supply and service requisitions. * Develop and disseminate the logistics plan for product and goods supply. **Benefits:** * **Salary:** $20,000 to $30,000 net monthly, based on experience * **Statutory Benefits:** IMSS, vacation days, year-end bonus (aguinaldo), and vacation premium * Computer equipment, mobile phone, and PPE * Professional work environment, job stability, and growth opportunities * **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * **Location:** Col.
