Development of strong relationships with physicians **Job Objective** * Provide continuous accompaniment and administrative support to physicians during their hospital stay, facilitating surgical scheduling, budget review and clarification, management of requests in support areas (such as food service, nursing, and hospitalization), and ensuring that healthcare professionals enjoy an efficient, timely, and administratively barrier-free experience. **Responsibilities:** * Respond to inquiries from physicians and healthcare professionals via phone, email, chat, or in-person visits, providing accurate and timely information. * Efficiently manage and resolve complaints, incidents, or issues, ensuring appropriate follow-up until resolution. * Develop and maintain strong, trustworthy relationships with the existing and potential physician portfolio. * Provide technical or informational support regarding the use of company platforms, products, or services. * Document all interactions with physicians in the customer relationship management (CRM) system. * Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for improvement and growth. * Present and explain the benefits and features of our programs or services to healthcare professionals. Requirements * **Experience:** Minimum of 1–2 years in customer service, support, or sales roles, preferably within the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or hospital sectors. * **Education:** Completed high school diploma; university studies in health-related or economics-administrative fields are desirable. * **Communication Skills:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to establish strong, professional interpersonal relationships. * **Knowledge:** Familiarity with basic medical terminology and clinic/hospital operations (preferred). * **Competencies:** Proactivity, empathy, problem-solving ability, organization, and teamwork. * **Technology:** Proficiency in office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.
