Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Phlebotomist/Receptionist to perform sample collection, patient care, and administrative support in a clinical laboratory. Key Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for sample collection and customer service in the laboratory. 2. Provides support in various laboratory areas as needed. 3. Manages billing, collections, and service documentation. Perform sample collection and special studies upon completion of required training. Provide prompt and courteous service to patients and users requesting information about laboratory services. If necessary, provide support in other laboratory areas, performing tasks as directed by the branch manager. Prepare service orders for patients. Provide quotations for laboratory tests. Deliver test results according to established procedures. Bill and collect payment for all laboratory services. Receive and organize documentation supporting services provided to corporate clients. Issue invoices upon client request. Prepare the daily CASH CLOSING REPORT.
