




Position Summary: We are seeking a Project Supervision Coordinator for highway sections, responsible for ensuring compliance with construction supervision contracts. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage project compliance and coordinate supervision activities. 2. Client and institutional relations and negotiations. 3. Experience in personnel management and cost/project bidding projects. Position Required: **Project Supervision Coordinator for Highway Sections** **Requirements:** * Civil engineer, architect, or related degree * Residency in Cuautla, Morelos * Minimum 3 years’ experience in highway section projects * Knowledge of Technical Standards, regulations, specifications, SICT manuals, NOM standards, the Public Works Law and related services, and its regulations * Field experience in Construction or Terrestrial Infrastructure Supervision projects * Project Management for Construction and Supervision, client and institutional relations and negotiations * Experience managing personnel, including Supervision Managers and Resident Engineers, across multiple projects simultaneously * Experience in cost estimation and bidding projects **Position Mission**: Ensure compliance with construction supervision contracts before contracting authorities in terms of quality, schedule, and committed cost, through planning, organizing, managing, and coordinating all activities related to the overall operation of supervision residencies. **Responsibilities:** * Execute service management, supporting adherence to established quality and efficiency parameters * Address and track complaints from direct clients and third parties * Review, approve, and monitor suppliers * Manage compliance for assigned projects * Prepare and review digital folders and physical files * Track work assigned to each project by supervising engineers * Supervise and prepare budgets and quotations * Conduct occasional field supervision to identify opportunities for improvement in maintenance crew work * Maintain information linkage with Management regarding progress of assigned projects * Conduct onboarding for site supervisors and provide ongoing support in performing their duties * Deliver reviewed files to billing department * Submit claims for damages * Request and track necessary resources for optimal project development * Fleet supervision (GPS tracking and weekly reporting) * Submit personnel reports and incident records Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:30 pm Biweekly salary of $8,250, tax-free Statutory benefits: IMSS, INFONAVIT, vacation, vacation bonus, and year-end bonus Mobile device, computer equipment Monthly salary: $16,500.00 Benefits: * Major medical expense insurance * Company-provided mobile phone Workplace: On-site employment
