**Position Title:** In-Plant Morning Shift Physician **Location:** Mario Pani 400, Lomas de Santa Fe, Contadero, Cuajimalpa de Morelos, 01219 Mexico City, CDMX **General Position Objective:** Identify and assess occupational hazards to prevent occupational illnesses and work-related injuries or accidents. Monitor employees’ health, particularly those exposed to specific working conditions or occupational risks. **Position Responsibilities:** * Provide initial in-person and/or remote medical consultations to employees * Administer first aid in medical emergencies and/or urgent situations * Train and/or educate the first-aid brigade * Prepare occupational medical histories * Draft medical notes based on consultations * Compile occupational medical records in accordance with NOM-004-SSA3-2012 * Advise on and/or complete IMSS ST forms * Conduct medical evaluations for new hires, periodic examinations, and safe return-to-work assessments for company personnel * Maintain control and inventory of medication inflows and outflows within the clinic * Propose and implement health promotion campaigns and prevention programs for occupational and/or chronic-degenerative diseases * Periodically inspect and maintain first-aid kits and medical supplies * Submit weekly, monthly, semiannual health indicators and the Annual Health Diagnosis * Perform medical evaluations for high-risk jobs * Deliver talks and/or workshops on topics of interest to employees * Coordinate with the Safety and Hygiene Committee to support matters related to health risks * Develop procedural manuals and emergency/urgent care protocols for the company * Conduct workplace inspections to identify hazards * Refer cases requiring specialized or subspecialized care to appropriate specialists **Required Competencies:** * Bachelor’s Degree in General Medicine (Degree and professional license or provisional license) * Diploma and/or Master’s degree in Occupational Medicine (Preferred) * Experience handling medical emergencies * Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office suite * Teamwork * Innovation and creativity * Self-management * Leadership * Responsibility * Commitment * Flexibility and adaptability **Work Schedule:** * **Morning Shift Physician:** Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00 hours, including meal break **Salary:** * $18,000.00 MXN Gross Monthly / $15,337.00 MXN Net Monthly Employment Type: Indefinite-term position Salary: $18,000.00 MXN per month Benefits: * Educational support * Company parking * Option for indefinite-term contract Workplace: On-site employment
