Management of health protocols and occupational health Provide primary, preventive, and emergency medical care to hotel guests and staff. The objective is to ensure a safe and healthy stay by delivering high-quality service aligned with the hotel’s hospitality standards. Main Responsibilities * **Guest Care:** Conduct in-person medical consultations (in clinic or guest room) to treat common illnesses, minor injuries, or decompensations. * **Emergency Response:** Act as first responder to medical emergencies within the premises, stabilize patients, and coordinate hospital transfers when necessary. * **Occupational Health:** Attend to staff work-related incidents, conduct pre-employment medical examinations, and promote internal health campaigns. * **Administrative Management:** Maintain inventory of medications and medical equipment, manage confidential clinical records, and prepare incident reports. * **Health Protocols:** Supervise compliance with hygiene regulations (COFEPRIS or equivalent), particularly in food service areas, pools, and spa facilities.
