




**Phlebotomy Nurse** Cenegenics, due to expansion, invites you to join its team; we are seeking a candidate for the position of phlebotomist. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal and organizational skills. **Responsibilities** · Provide courteous and pleasant first-time and/or follow-up patient care · Deliver friendly service and support patient and physician requirements · Explain operational procedures to patients. · Blood sample collection · Inventory control · Maintain internal records and deliver results to physicians · Prepare tests and reagents. · Ensure optimal quality and quantity of samples · Draw blood using needles, vials, and other sterilized equipment · Accurately label samples and send them for analysis. · Apply appropriate sanitation methods and comply with internal processes in this area · Wear clean Cenegenics uniforms **Mandatory Knowledge:** · Intermediate proficiency in Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) · Familiarity with patient (client) management and tracking platforms **What We Expect From You** * Minimum 5 years of prior phlebotomy experience (certification is an advantage) * Experience with effective venipuncture techniques. * Understanding of appropriate patient identification methods. * Knowledge of legal requirements regarding blood extraction, handling of fluid specimens, and use of relevant medical equipment and materials. * Proper storage of blood samples according to procedures and at appropriate temperatures * Ability to interact effectively with diverse patient populations and make them feel comfortable * Maintenance of accurate records concerning fluid specimens and tests * Experience in establishing and managing vascular access and intravenous therapies (performed safely and effectively) * Proficiency in catheterization procedures * Organizational skills, emotional intelligence, attention to detail * Excellent attitude, strong sense of urgency, and willingness to work collaboratively in a team * Strong ability to establish and maintain patient trust. · Patience and composure · Compliance with all applicable health and safety regulations while performing duties. * Flexible availability for scheduling **Educational Requirements** · Clinical Laboratory Technician, Nurse, Nursing Assistant, Chemist, or related degree (preferably certified/graduated) · Intermediate English proficiency (ideally) **What You Can Expect From Us** · Opportunity to work alongside a globally recognized team of professionals in preventive medicine · State-of-the-art facilities · Direct employment with the company · Competitive salary (based on knowledge, skills, and experience) · Statutory benefits · Uniforms · Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM · Work location: Mexico City / Santa Fe Employment type: Full-time Salary: Up to $10,000.00 MXN per month Benefits: * Company-provided parking * Option for indefinite-term contract * Complimentary uniforms Workplace: On-site employment
