Your Objective: Drive growth through loan origination, safeguard portfolio health, and deliver an exceptional experience to our customers. What will you do? * **Prospecting:** Actively seek new clients within their assigned businesses or territories. * **Follow-up:** Provide personalized follow-up to active clients to build long-term relationships. * **Preventive Collections:** Manage delinquent accounts via visits or calls, seeking viable solutions. * **Customer Service:** Resolve inquiries and deliver clear financial advisory services. Requirements: * Sales experience (preferred: financial sector, AFOREs, insurance, and **field sales/door-to-door sales**). * Strong goal- and results-orientation. * Negotiation, persuasion, and objection-handling skills. * Ability to work under pressure. * Teamwork capability.
