Focus on quality and patient care Join Grupo Synlab Mexico as a Laboratory Supervisor! · At Grupo Synlab Mexico, a national and international leader in clinical diagnostics, we are looking for a committed, leadership-oriented Laboratory Supervisor to join our team at the Villa Coapa branch. What will you do in this role? Supervise daily branch operations, ensuring compliance with quality and service standards. Administer and control inventory of supplies and materials. Monitor patient flow to ensure efficient and timely care. Manage cash handling and perform administrative tasks. Supervise operational staff, fostering a collaborative work environment. Address and follow up on patient complaints or suggestions. Support operational activities within the branch as needed. What are we looking for in you? Education: Incomplete or completed bachelor's degree (verifiable). Experience: 1–2 years supervising personnel, managing inventory, and operating branches. Clinical laboratory experience is desirable. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). Leadership, organizational, and customer-oriented skills. What do we offer you?
