Manage store sales, inventory, and marketing **TIMBERLAND PERISUR ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER** **Typhoon Sports Coalition** is a company dedicated to selling high-quality sportswear, footwear, and accessories from top-tier brands, operating over 180 branches across various states of the Mexican Republic, positioning itself among the top three most recognized companies in this sector. **Requirements** * Must be of legal age * High school diploma completed * Availability to work mall hours (10:30 – 21:00\), rotating shifts. * Availability to rest during weekdays * Experience in customer service * Experience in team management and personnel supervision * Valid tax status documentation **Responsibilities** * Sales and customer service * Inventory management * Merchandise organization and cleaning * In-store marketing **We Offer** * Base salary of $10,200\.00 per month \+ commissions up to 2% * Statutory benefits. * Individual and store-number-based commissions, uncapped. * One and a half days of rest during weekdays. * Career growth and development within the company * Discounts at group-affiliated stores ranging from 20% to 40% (Timberland, New Balance, The North Face, Vans, etc)
