**How will you contribute to our magical experience?**
The Stylist, Production ESPN is responsible for designing, applying, and maintaining makeup and hairstyling for on-air talent, adapting to the specific needs of each program and ensuring an impeccable appearance on camera. Their primary objective is to create a visual image that resonates with the audience.
The Stylist, Production ESPN will be responsible for:
* Understanding the program format and the talent’s personality to design appropriate makeup and hairstyles.
* Selecting suitable products and techniques for each case.
* Adapting makeup to varying lighting and camera conditions.
* Performing constant touch-ups during recordings or live broadcasts to maintain an impeccable appearance.
* Correcting any imperfections or shine caused by lighting.
* Staying updated on the latest trends in television makeup and hairstyling.
* Researching new techniques and products.
* Maintaining work tools.
What we need from you to be part of this story:
* 2 years of experience as a makeup artist working in TV, film, or similar.
* Degree in Cosmetology, Styling and Beauty Culture, or related fields.
* Knowledge of television makeup techniques, including facial design, colorimetry, product application, and characterization.
* Proficiency in television hairstyling techniques, handling hair tools and products.
* Familiarity with professional makeup products and their properties.
* Understanding of how lighting affects makeup and how to compensate for lighting effects (color temperatures).
* Ability to design original, occasion-appropriate looks.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
* Effective communication skills with production teams and on-air talent.
* Flexibility to adapt to last-minute changes and work across different environments.
* Availability to work Monday through Sunday, on rotating shifts according to production needs (with mid-week breaks)
