We are seeking an experienced **Store Manager** with both operational and strategic expertise to lead one of our units, ensuring sales performance, service quality, and flawless operations. **Responsibilities:** * Oversee the full store operation (sales, customer service, inventory, and staff). * Guarantee quality, hygiene, and service standards. * Manage inventory, track incoming/outgoing goods, and monitor shrinkage. * Supervise product display, stock assortment, and stock rotation. * Lead, train, and motivate the team to achieve goals. * Implement strategies to optimize processes and results. * Coordinate with suppliers and follow up on deliveries. * Prepare operational and financial reports. **Requirements:** * Minimum 3 years of experience as a Store Manager, Retail Store Manager, or Restaurant Manager. * Knowledge of inventory management, cost control, and KPI tracking.
