Experience in: * Fintech or Neo banks * In-depth knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe and other agile practices; sprint planning, backlog management and performance metrics. * Concepts of AI models, data pipelines, MLOps, model validation and secure deployment of AI solutions. * Experience in UX UI projects * Experience coordinating with business, IT and governance areas * Focus on innovation, collaborative leadership and effective communication.
