Management of service closures and status changes ***Company participating in payment networks and electronic transaction systems is seeking:*** ***BACK OFFICE ANALYST*** * **SALARY: $9,200 net monthly** * **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.; Saturdays: 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. * Statutory benefits ***Requirements:*** * Gender: Unrestricted * Education: High school diploma or incomplete undergraduate degree * Experience: Not mandatory, but desirable in similar roles, call centers, telephone support, or control desks ***Responsibilities:*** * Handle operational requirements that complement the daily service closure processes, ensuring no services remain unclosed, unvalidated, or without corrective or supplementary actions * Validate evidence uploaded into the system * Report inconsistencies between records and evidence * Monitor the closure process for all services attended or currently being handled * To standardize the team supervisor’s working hours, manage service closures, status changes, model changes, report modifications, client communications, and all other operational activities enabling timely closure within service windows Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $9,200.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Option for an indefinite-term contract Work Location: On-site employment
