We are seeking a **Senior Automotive Designer** to actively participate in the development, validation, and release of **interior and exterior automotive components**, with a high degree of technical autonomy and a strong focus on quality. **Responsibilities** * Development, modification, and release of **2D and 3D models** in **Siemens NX**. * Creation of **complex assemblies and detailed part breakdowns**. * Preparation and release of technical drawings with **advanced GD&T**. * Design of plastic components for automotive interiors and exteriors. * Application of **DFM/DFA principles** and manufacturability validation. * Interpretation and validation of **customer technical specifications**. * Advanced change management, design review handling, and version control (e.g., **Teamcenter**). * Active participation in **design reviews**, integration forums, and resolution of technical discrepancies. * Structural evaluations using **SimSolid (Altair)**. * Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and technical support to junior-level staff. **Requirements — Experience** * **3–5 years of experience** in automotive or industrial design. * **Bachelor’s degree required**. * **Six Sigma certification required**. **Education** * Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or related field. **Technical Knowledge (Advanced Level)** * Proficiency in **Siemens NX** (2D/3D modeling). * **Advanced GD&T**. * Plastic component design (interior and exterior). * Materials and manufacturing processes (plastic injection molding). * Solid application of **DFM/DFA**. * Advanced use of change control and design review tools. * Experience with **CAE / SimSolid (Altair)**. **Skills** * Analytical thinking and continuous improvement mindset. * Ability to work independently and make sound technical decisions. * Effective communication with internal teams and stakeholders. * Strong focus on quality and timely delivery of outputs. * **Intermediate–advanced English proficiency**. **Work Arrangement:** 100% on-site in Toluca, State of Mexico. **Benefits:** * Base salary * Statutory and above-statutory benefits * Major medical expense insurance * Profit-sharing (PTU) * Biweekly food vouchers * Indefinite-term contract * Career growth and development plan Employment Type: Full-time, indefinite-term Salary: Starting at $12,345.67 per month Relocation/Moving Capability: * Toluca, Mex.: Able to commute to work without difficulty or willing to relocate with company-provided relocation support package (Mandatory) Application Question(s): * What is your gross salary expectation (before taxes)?
