CASCO Group is looking for: **Sales Advisor** **Job Objective** Increase vehicle unit placements across its various models (taxi and platform) through effective commercial strategies, customer management, and optimization of sales processes. **Main Responsibilities** * Identify and attract new customers via phone calls, strategic visits, social media, and direct contact. * Manage and keep updated the prospect database, commercial progress tracking, and finalized sales. * Receive, review, and administer required documentation, ensuring proper contract signing procedures. * Execute promotional activations and commercial activities at various sales points to boost vehicle unit placements. **Skills and Competencies:** * Strong communication and expression skills. * Proactive attitude and results-oriented mindset. * Empathy and excellent customer service. * Teamwork and adherence to company policies. **Knowledge and Tools:** * Proficiency in Excel and Outlook. * Use of Canvas and social media for promotion and customer follow-up. **Requirements:** * Education: Completed high school. * Minimum experience: 1 year in sales or customer service. * Age: Over 21 years old. **Job Conditions** * **Schedule:** Full-time / Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm / Saturday from 9:00am to 1:00pm * **Work Location:** On-site / Monterrey City Center Job Type: Full-time, Part-time Salary: $12,000.00 - $13,000.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract Education: * Incomplete or ongoing bachelor’s degree (Preferred) Workplace: On-site employment
