




Holiday Inn Mérida is seeking a **Revenue Manager** with experience in hospitality, revenue auditing, and proficiency in the OPERA system. **Key responsibilities include:** \* Daily control and reconciliation of hotel revenue. \* Auditing of room revenue, food and beverage revenue, and other revenue centers. \* Review of daily closings and reports in the OPERA system. \* Verification of invoicing, charges, payments, and cash drawer reconciliations. \* Preparation of financial reports and internal audits. \* Coordination with accounting, front office, and F&B departments. \* Identification and follow-up on discrepancies. **Requirements:** \* Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. \* Proven experience as a Revenue Auditor in the hospitality industry. \* Proficiency in the OPERA system (mandatory). \* Intermediate/advanced Excel skills. \* High level of organization, analytical ability, and confidentiality. \* Flexible availability to work various shifts. **We offer:** \* Competitive salary commensurate with experience. \* Statutory benefits and additional benefits beyond legal requirements. \* Job stability. \* Excellent working environment.
