At **Vettoretti Impresores** we are looking for **committed and responsible talent** to support operating, adjusting, and supervising press operations to ensure quality and efficiency in our printing processes. **Responsibilities** * Operate and adjust Heidelberg 4-color offset presses, Model 2012 (XL\-75\-4\+L\+P) / 2022 (CX\-75\-4\+L). * Plate mounting, ink preparation, and machine adjustment. * Ensure accurate registration and print quality, minimizing waste as much as possible. * Verify compliance with job specifications and color standards. * Preventive maintenance and machine cleaning. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. (5S) * Meet production targets. **Requirements** * Minimum of **2–3 years** of experience as an offset press operator. * Ability to interpret work orders and color profiles. * Proficiency in operating Heidelberg machinery (mandatory; prior evaluation will be conducted). * Knowledge of ink handling, paper, basic chemistry, measurement devices (X\-Rite), and color analysis. * Availability to work shifts: 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM and 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM. * Minimum education: High school / Technical degree in graphic arts. **We Offer** * **Base salary: $11,000 to 13,000 MXN monthly GROSS.
