Provide analytical support for strategic decision-making. **G-Global is seeking a Senior Planner for Customs Planning and Productivity – Otay** Location: Otay, Tijuana Work Mode: On-site At G-Global, we seek a Senior Planner focused on customs planning and productivity, responsible for analyzing operational volume, installed capacity, and headcount of the customs agency, aiming to ensure efficient, sustainable operations aligned with business growth. **Main Responsibilities:** * Analyze operational volume by type of operation, client, customs regime, and period. * Measure productivity per specialist, team, and process (procedures, customs entries, processing times, and rework). * Identify bottlenecks, deviations, and risks of operational saturation. * Design capacity models considering volume, complexity, and shifts. * Define headcount scenarios (current, optimal, and projected). * Assess operational and financial impact of structural increases or reductions. * Propose headcount adjustments based on data analysis. * Monitor KPIs before and after capacity adjustments. * Analyze growth trends and seasonality. * Generate executive reports on productivity, capacity, and operational risks. * Collaborate with operational leaders to validate assumptions and variables in models. * Identify improvement opportunities to increase productivity without increasing headcount. * Provide analytical support for strategic decisions regarding agency growth. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, International Trade, Business Administration, Economics, or related field. * 3–5 years of experience in operational analysis, capacity planning, or headcount sizing, preferably within a customs agency or regulated environment. * Solid knowledge of customs clearance processes. * Experience working with operational KPIs and productivity metrics. * Advanced Excel (mandatory). * Experience in data analysis and scenario modeling. * Intermediate–advanced English (B2). * Analytical thinking, strong numerical judgment, and ability to explain technical information to non-technical leaders.
