




Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced pastry chef for production to prepare and decorate cakes, desserts, and cookies, following standard recipes and hygiene regulations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Cake, cupcake, cookie, and cold/hot dessert preparation 2. Standard recipe handling, basic decoration, and industrial baking 3. Knowledge of hygiene and food safety regulations **Experience** * Preferred experience in cafeteria, restaurant, or industrial dining production. **Technical Knowledge and Skills** * Cake, cupcake, cookie, cold, and hot dessert preparation. * Standard recipe and portion control handling. * Basic decoration (buttercream, fondant, pastry cream, chocolate, etc.). * Dough preparation and baking (industrial oven operation). * Portion control and product presentation. * Proper use of pastry tools and equipment. * Knowledge of hygiene and food safety regulations (NOM\-251 or similar). **Personal Competencies** * Organization and cleanliness in the work area. * Attention to detail and creativity. * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. * Responsibility and punctuality. * Teamwork. * Service-oriented attitude. **Additional Requirements** * Flexible availability (including weekends, if applicable). * Good physical condition (standing for extended periods, carrying trays, continuous work). * Valid tax identification number (RFC) and basic documentation. * Preferred: Certification in hygienic food handling.
