Mandatory: Experience in high-end Mexican restaurants. *Profiles from industrial cafeterias, hotels, chains, fast food, or sushi establishments will not be considered.* Responsibilities * Ensure the gastronomic operation of the unit meets high standards of quality, flavor, and presentation. * Lead, coordinate, and develop the kitchen team. * Guarantee compliance with hygiene, safety, and food safety regulations. * Collaborate closely with the Gastronomic Director to maintain excellence and drive the concept’s evolution. * Be a fully **operational chef**, capable of working under pressure. Requirements * 2–4 years of experience as Kitchen Chef or Operational Chef in Mexican fine-dining restaurants. * Mastery of traditional and contemporary Mexican cuisine. * Leadership, organizational, and personnel management skills. * Passion for the craft, attention to detail, and commitment to quality. * Flexible availability. * Preferably residing near Coyoacán.
